Horrible experience. Useless support. Non working FOB. Wasted money and bitter experience!!!
Doesn’t work. Will not send replacement. Worked with chat help to troubleshoot. Support must be robots as the refuse to understand that the FOB would not program after many variations of procedures sent and used. They cannot understand English and mindlessly keep sending another procedure to try. Using the procedures, I could program and reprogram my existing FOB but theirs would not accept programming even when car obviously was properly go into programming mode. FOB battery was checked, removed, replaced with new still no work. FCC ID was properly matched. Horrible experience don’t put yourself through this. I’m still waiting for a replacement or refund.
