I love that they usually pack it in the tubes; the one time they did not ship in a tube, they packed it nicely in styrafoam. This is important since this IC is very sensitive when pins bend, break, etc. The most important part is that all the batches have worked great. Finally, they have shipped within 1-2 days every time we ordered.
