    Fit a 2005 TRX 250EX

    Most people take off the stock baffle on the 400EX and the 250EX and then throw it away. When u buy a used bike and want to put it back to stock for whatever reason, this part isn't easy to come by used and more expensive new. Based on other reviews that said this would fit a 250EX I bought it and they were correct. I did have to enlarge the holes on the mounting plate to make the bolts fit, I think this was just drilled slightly off at the factory is all. Took all of 5 mins to install with enlarging the holes! Great option to quite the bike down and be able to ride at places that require a spark arrester.

    Spark arrestor

    Fit great on my 2004 trx250ex and is cheaper Had to hit two welds down a hair for it to slide in other wise it would have been perfect I could not believe the quality top notch!
