The eBay listing pic clearly shows BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED item. Received today a copy of MS Office Small Business 2007 poorly shrink wrapped item clearly by the seller with NO FACTORY SEAL. Seller refuses to refund. Included pics for evidence. I've reported him to eBay & Microsoft. I would recommend STEER CLEAR OF THIS SELLER.
