You paid and received a change out service exactly as described. You did not pay for or receive an extra refill. You paid half price for the ink cartridge to be changed out from the black ink medium point that comes in the pen to the blue ink fine point you prefer. Someone else buys your change out for half the price of a new unopened refill and both customers get a bargain. I make nothing on these deals it is a service I provide for my customers. This is all clearly stated in the listing.
