Bought on the 11th, shipped on the 16th. Not the worst and not the quickest. If they only ship on Mondays or something that’s fine but it would be better if it was communicated that way.
The shoes were not packaged well as they were not in a box just shoved in a padded envelope. This caused some deformity to the supports of the shoe which I was luckily able to use a heat gun to mostly correct.
Definitely room for improvement with this seller.
