    Only leaving neutral because item was ordered 23rd Apr, apparently was posted 25th Apr and arrived 2nd May, 4 working days later than RM should have delivered it and 8 working days after the order. This was a birthday present and arrived late for that. Not a service issue as RM delivered birthday cards on time from over the country. However item was as described and well packed by seller.

    I can only apologise. I posted your badge on Wednesday, the 23rd, the day you ordered it as a 2nd-class large letter, and I have a Post Office proof of acceptance to prove that. I certainly I not going to take any blame for Royal Mail's nefarious activities. I paid their extortionate charges, and that's all I can do
