This seller has wonderful prices and gemstones, but sent my 4 items to England, instead of Canada. I got a refund because of that. They did get them back and send them to me, but then demanded that I pay for one of them (ie. return the refund), which was not the item I had paid for. Because I refused to do that, the seller blocked me from bidding any further on their items -- and have not responded to my request to have my bidding status reinstated.
