    Poor seller. He doesn't even care about arrival dates in product postings. Did you have to tell the seller when to buy and when to use it? He is a stupid seller who threatens to break the sale by asking questions about the delivery because there is no shipping information for a week after the sale is made and payment is made.

    I'm sorry you don't seem to understand that I have zero control over the weather. Apparently you also don't seem to read any news about shipping delays and winter storms. You demanded it arrive by a certain date and a winter storm caused a freeway shutdown, thus delay. I offered a full refund and apparently that offended you.
