    5th wave ultra 4kdvd and blu ray1080 dvd

    This is not a sifi movie it is a drama plane and simple, there are some special effects that may suggest sifi but there is no way this ever qualifies as a sifi. I viewed the ultra 4k dvd first on a 4k oled LG tv with a Samsung UBDK8500 4k ultra blu ray player and I was quite surprised at poor quality of the disk. Most of the night shots are very poorly lit, meaning the video editor did not compensate for the lack of brightness. At times I could not see any of the actors, just audio, for this the ultra 4k geta a big "F" , a failing grade. The 1080 blu ray is quite the opposite, the entire disk has excellent lighting through the movie with excellent night shots and crystal clear day shots. Both disk were played on the Samsung UBDK8500 which by the way gets a AAA+. I do not recommend this ...

    Kill me with stupid

    This witless travesty of a movie is one of the most dull & worthless stories/movies I've seen. It's beyond silly or juvenile. It kills brain cells without giving any buzz. The acting is 2-dimensional, flat & boring. The dialogue is just pathetic, it might have been written by 9 year olds. Some have called this a mindless "teen" movie, but that disparages mindless teens. Painfully stupid. (Almost as dumb as making it into a 4K blu-ray disk!)

    Great fun, despite the critics. Basically, zombie-apocalypse material, but a new intriguing spin and accomplished performances. Recommended
