Received the jacket today which had a TON of cat fur on it & literally smelled like SH#T. I opened the package in a closed room & now the entire room smell like sh#t & the room needs to be aired out. I put the jacket in a black garbage bag to sit outdoors. Even the box it came in smells awful. Reading previous comments this isn't the first time. This is so shameful and disgusting �� DO BETTER. Now I have to pay for dry cleaning. I would never buy from them again, this is NOT OK!!!

I checked this jacket before I sent it to you. It may have had a few cat hairs on it as I do have cats, but they are not allowed in the room where I keep the clothing for sale. It did not smell bad to me at all, and the box came straight from the P.O. You do not have to dry clean that jacket. Wash and dry it. I did before I put it up for sale.
