    The MAGIC PEDAL!!!

What did you say? You don't have one of these in your arsenal of effects? This IS the magic pedal... let me explain: you can blend any pedal or pedals with any pedal or pedals in parallel ! Yes, you heard me, you can create new pedals from your old pedals by combining them in parallel. Or plug three audio sources in to one out or one in to three out. You can tame any unruly pedal with the volume knobs on the channel your running through or blend the pedal with your clean signal, Great for bass. Get one and learn to create new soundscapes, you won't regret it, and you will find endless uses for the routing capabilities that other boutique brands claim but fail at for a fraction of the price.

  • Boss LS-2 a slick effects loop controller

I bought a "very used" Boss LS-2 that had a broken red LED. After replacing both LEDs with brighter ones, it works perfectly after a clearly abusive past. I bought it to replace a PSM-5 power supply pedal that was the standard power-distribution Boss pedal of the 1980s. The LS-2 gives far more options than the PSM-5 but it does not fit directly into the older BCB-6 pedal boards - you have to put a spacer under the pedal to raise the input and output jacks so you can connect input and output cables. You really need top-quality cables with right-angled jack plugs to make this work correctly. In many ways, the cable routing of the old PSM-5 is much simpler and easier. Having said that, once you have got the pedal connected, it is a wonderful tool for any pedal board. The separate volume ...

  • Magic

Perfect solution to a longstanding flaw in the design of the with Fender standalone reverb unit Anyone intimately familiar with these knows that they roll off a lot high frequencies. The problem is the foot pedal itself. When activated (reverb on), the entire length of the foot-switch cable acts like a capacitor to ground and thereby leaks treble frequencies. The key is taking the the unit's foot-pedal out of the game entirely, i.e. unplug it. In which case the reverb by default is on. So how do you make things foot-switchable again? The LS-2. Run your mix 100% on the Fender reverb unit, send/return this through the LS-2 and use it to foot-switch in the desired mix.

  • Great Purchase

Interesting pedal that can meet a lot of needs. Can be used to blend a lot of different pedals to get unique tones or use to create wet/dry mixes of different ratios anywhere along a pedal chain. Limited only to the mind of the user. Good pedal and can be a great investment; mine definitely is.

  • Not Perfect but very useful

Not a looper. A buffered line switcher. I need a way to balance 2 effects loops. One had a pedal that suffered from less than unity gain. This did the trick. My only issue is that there is some high frequency roll off beyond 10khz. I found that this was only an issue with my TS808 reissue. Using the TS808 through the LS2 took away some of the hard edge grind I wanted from the TS808. Boss pedals such as DS1 or MT2 did not appear to suffer from the HF roll off issue from the LS2. One would think frequencies above 10k would not matter to guitar but high order harmonics play a role in wave shaping. With that said I am planning on getting another LS2 to set up another pedalboard. It is possible that the TS808 does not pair well with certain buffers/analog switches in my opinion as my JH-1 which ...
