Package arrives safe as care taken in packing. Tube measurements: as different tester, one does not expect the same value but the pattern of value between sections and tubes. This is the expected pattern measured; repeating the advertisement. Thus, great advertisement of really nice tubes. No issues and I certainly hope to do another buy with this Seller!!!!

Singularly, the best tube buying experience I’ve had on EBAY. From communication, speed of mailing, packaging (best of class), quality of tube, packaging of the tube box…every detail, and detail is the word I’d use with this seller, they pay attention to the details. This is my second purchase from TubeMuseum and for expensive tubes, they are now my trusted go-to seller.

Straightforward, no-hassle transaction. TubeMuseum's tube packing for shipment is absolutely SUPER-DELUXE and first-rate - no better way to describe it. Box-within-a-box, customized printed labels on boxes and ziplock baggies. Shipment assembled like they're shipping delicate Faberge' eggs :) Excellent, proactive communications and follow-up. I have bookmarked seller for future purchases. A+ all the way!

Heightened resolution, wide and deep soundstage, and better bass...great purchase!

I'm using these 1954 NOS 6SN7 tubes in my Woo Audio WA22. What a difference 1954 makes! Wider and deeper soundstage...through headphones! The resolution is much better than the 1964 stock 6SN7s that came with the amp. Super quite tubes and great dynamic range. The thing that really impressed me was depth. Usually, even with the best headphones and amplification, all of the orchestra's instruments seem to be on a straight line between both eardrums. Not so with these tubes. With a well-recorded orchestral piece, the first violinist is right in front of you, left of center, violas and cellos to the right, tympany way in the back on the left. Try this with Charles Dutoit conducting the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in one of the best renditions of Scheherezade on London 410253-2 from the ...

  • Holy Grail!!!

These tubes should be called "The Killer '52's". Right up there with the classic KEN RAD's, maybe better. I have two pair of KEN RADs (42's). The sound they put out are too close in comparison to make a definite call, at least for my ears. If you like deep bass and a sweet midrange, go no further. Whoever picks up a matched pair (essential) of these will not be disappointed!

  • Clarity, clearn sound

I vote 5 star for this item. Very good combine with tungsol 5998 tube for headphone amp to drive Senh HD650. Even I got a 50-50 chance of work (left channel big noise as like it gains 50Hz multiple AC current). When it works, great sound!!! Seller ship an other replacement. Fast and kindly support.

  • Clean, clear, realistic, liquid and lively.

The NOS balanced & matched Sylvania VT-231 is Best described as clean, clear, realistic, and lively. Rich in harmonics with a LIQUID midrange, very high longevity since these tubes were designed for intense military applications and durability worthiness. Absolute highest level in musical details, clarity across the frequency spectrum, able to retain the warmth and sweetness as heard in a LIVE performance. The materials used to make these tubes are rare earth metals which are no-longer available in today’s new-production tube offerings. Very rare to find real never used NOS, supplies dwindling fast as audiophiles stock up on these rare beauties.

  • Sylvania 6NS7 GT 1951.

I believe the early 50's Sylvania 6ns7 GT tubes are very good. This tube works very well in "my" system also the early 40's RCA grey glass love that tube. These tubes bring the music to me. I'm happy and that's the whole point.
