When the product arrived, the keyboard had one pin stuck all the way into the base, making it unusable with the tablet. Tablet worlds perfectly. When I contacted the seller they were more then able to help me with a refund, but this wasn't their fault and it was simply a manufacturing effect. Great seller. World do business again

NOT SELLER'S FAULT. Unit won't work with my system due to firmware issue. Shipping to me was $16 and there is a return policy, but must pay return shipping at $45? That's literally 3/4 of the total cost so I will have to eat this and resell it at best. Item didn't include the Ethernet port cover but that was how it was in the picture, though not specified in the description. For an outdoor unit that's critical to include IMO. There is also a dead black spot in the image when logged in.
