I'm sorry u feel customer service is not important. The drum has no action. In order to make it sound half way good, would be put a new head on it. shouldn't have to considering its supposed to be new. find another vendor or suffer selling junk!

We fully understand your view. Before making Return, wouldn't it be a nice to contact the seller for the issue or the problem you encountered, to seek the Customer Service. We are not only makers but also know all ABC of these percussion instruments. We would have given you the clue to fix the issue. These drums come with factory default setting. Some take few left right adjustments; some takes bit more. Anyway, you made your return decision without asking customer service.
