      I was so disappointed in this hair dryer. My friend has one identical to this one and the reason I purchased it. The on/off switch is very stiff and difficult to use. The dryer is way too hot, unlike my friend's. They were the same style and model but using both, the one I ordered doesn't compare with my friend's.

      Responding just to note a few things: 1.) These were purchased retail from a salon in Los Angeles during a clearance event. I've sold lots of this exact hair dryer, and this is the 1st complaint. If this buyer's unit didn't work well, that's a quality control problem with the manufacturer. 2.) This item was purchased 2.5 months ago.....the buyer had 30 days to reach out to me regarding any problems or issues, and I would have attempted to fix the problem. But they never even contacted me.
