    Works a treat on my mid tower case side panel 120mm exhaust fan to better vent the heat pushed by my Noctua NH-L12S with fan under heatsink from an old sff rig. AIDA64 stress test before had CPU temps at 74core-77package, now they are at 68core and 74 package. If the shroud height were taller/wider to cover the heatsink the effect might be improved. Ill toy with extending it. A cheap and effective case cooling addition. Would recommend!

    Item isn’t an adapter from a 120mm diameter fan duct to a 125mm vent. It is a connector to bolt onto a square 120mm computer fan. The ID isn’t 120mm but much less . It’s unfortunate my suggestions to be more specific about this product by way of a picture of its intended use (computer fan) or adding ID and OD measurements were not well received by the seller. Reading other feedback i’m not the only one who thought the same.

    The product description clearly states this adapter is designed to connect flexible piping to 120mm fans and makes no mention of compatibility with inline or axial fans. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding of its intended use, as noted in our discussions. I kindly ask that you recognize this instead of placing blame.
