I received a used item instead of a new one. The seller, instead of apologizing, says that the box is not his. Be careful, the seller is not honest.

I did apologize to him and I am offering a return for replacement or refund. I am not sure what else I can do for him. We can send you prepaid return shipping label and we can refund or we can replace it. I am offering my help in here but you are saying that I do not have time to return it back. Then What do you want me to do? Give you full refund without taking the item back? Mistake can be happened and We are sorry for the confusion in shipping department. We can still replace it.
