The windshield did have a couple of little scratches and a chip in the corner, I emailed the seller and they took care of me right away! Excellent customer service, the only reason I'm not giving five stars is they could work on quality control before shipping this item,it shouldn't have been shipped like that, I was a little bit of a hassle but like I said customer service was amazing and they took care of it. Will buy from this seller again, 💯

I was told that I would have to make my customers wait 2 months for a replacement for a defective part, I could get 20% off or send the windshield back & wait for FedEx to do a review before I could get a refund. I had to reduce the amount to my customer by $50 to make them happy so they didn't go without a windshield. Reba at Rockytopcarts which I believe is Nivel, has continued to send me the same meaningless email, once 4 times in a row & now is refusing my $33 refund.
