    Large, bright screen. High sensitivity. Probes connection quality is the key to a repeatable reading

    Great product. Very sensitive. As usual, the probes don't make a perfect connection every time, which can affect the reading by a few MilliOhms. Squeezing the probes together by hand seems to do the trick and allows for a (reasonably) repeatable number (as long as the probes connection is clean where the probes grab). Unit uses 6 AA batteries (3 rows of two bats), with a 4th row of unwired space that looks like it is for batteries or future batteries. Since the 4th battery bay has no connections it makes no sense to put batteries in it. It can be used to store the user manual (roll and trim it to make it fit). Note: I had to trim the included 2.1x5.5mm power connector rubber at the base to allow full insertion, It's diameter, at the rubber, is too large to get past the case's hole. ...

    Digital Milliohmmeter VC480C+

    I needed to measure down to .012 Ohms and my 5 1/2 digit multimeter with 4-wire resistance capability at the lowest range of 200 Ohms couldn't do this. So I had to purchase this unit. It worked well. I can see using this for troubleshooting circuit boards on the lowest settings and use the full function DMM for higher settings
