You already installed/used the graphic that is why I told you I couldn't refund you because you couldn't return the item because you used it. The item has been installed/used!

I contacted the seller and they just say “you can’t use the window” and now they’ve ignored every message after and won’t respond. They don’t care to resolve the issue, beware buying from them. That is why is better to do some research or ask before installing a graphic if you don't have experience. You never contacted me until the graphic was installed already for me to help you. So what you are saying is not true!!
