Gotta Love This Hero!
I purchased this movie for my son-in-law who always mentioned it in conversations about the movies where Dolph kicks butt and all kinds of crazy action stuff going on. So, I surprised him for Christmas with it and a few more Lundgren flicks. Oh, he was thrilled! I watched this one with him and my daughter. I must say that oh man, some people can't act (George Segal), that's for darn sure. Not so for Dolph. He gets the job done even though it is frustrating the amount of times they catch up with him, shoot him, beat him, etc. Bad cops, some terrible acting, funny cracks, ridiculous names like: Jimmy Shoeshine for the bad-guy Asian dude. This is what I am talking about! But great car chases, crashes, shoot-em-up scenes, not to mention the erotic scene where Dolph rubs real Aloe Vera goop on ... A very underrated, action, classic.
Lots of action, car chases, and fight scenes. It also has some of the most absurdly gratuitous Shootouts ever filmed. Terrific stuff. It has a good plot, fast cars, and beautiful desert scenery.
