    Canning is fun

    Very easy to use, tutorials on utube are available for this product also. rating at 4 stars, because the pressure gauge didn't work, out of the box, ordered a replacement gauge, works great.

    The right part for the job

    This gauge is accurate and very easy to read, I can't do my canning without it. As with all gauges of this kind DO be very careful with these and for heaven sake don't drop it or you too will be buying a replacement. It is not the quality of the gauge, it's just how they are.
