Item not as described, used does not mean damaged. Large chip from the inside frosted surface on one of the globes - obvious. There was no glass in the packing, I checked. Items were packed fine. Chip was on inside edge not outside edge. Contacted seller immediately, who mentioned partial refund. I said I was good with that idea, and gave them an option to come up with an amount, no reply. I asked again a couple days later, then again a couple more days later still nothing. Last resort negative.
