I am very happy to have gotten this phone with the storage I need at less than HALF the price of a comparable iPhone 13 from Apple. Unfortunately this iPhone 14 Plus came with a small section of dead pixels, so not “excellent”, seller is not set up for direct exchanges so I had to return this one for a refund, and purchase another from them, the follow up purchase to replace the damaged one however was “excellent”, just wish they could do exchanges instead of having to put out the money again, but all was made right, original purchase was refunded.
