Phone is a bit more dinged up than advertised. There is a gap between the phone screen and the frame above the selfie camera that allows you to see the inside of the phone. The top back right corner of the phone is dented and there is a chip on the outer border of the bottom back camera. As well as a scratch on the back of the phone on the edge.

Unfortunately this iPhone 14 Plus came with a small section of dead pixels, so not “excellent”, seller is not set up for direct exchanges so I had to return this one for a refund, and purchase another from them, the follow up purchase to replace the damaged one however was “excellent”, just wish they could do exchanges instead of having to put out the money again, but all was made right, original purchase was refunded.
