Day two and loving my new phone. It started right up, battery arrived almost fully charged. I was able to insert my SIM card and port over my info in under five minutes. Although the phone warns me that the battery is not a genuine Apple part, I knew that from the product description. It seems to work perfectly. Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
