        Hucksterism, a how-to manual

        The real Rev. It explains what pays for his and his kid’s extravagant life style, all that noise and fury on the paycheck of a “revrund”. Here in Chicago, we’re on to his methods, the rest of the country, not so much. He’s good, he’s very good.
