If You Have Volumes 1-3 Then What Are You Waiting For??
When this show first aired there were two reactions.....one was of shock since no other animation show dared to lampoon literally just about everything in the world of pop culture and sometimes quite negatively. Perhaps too controversial for its time, the show was cancelled after only 3 seasons. Thank God for DVD though, cause the overwhelming success of the DVD releases and the success of the show in syndication both on TBS and The Cartoon Network's Adult Swim, the show was picked up again in 2005 after a several year hiatus. Now, the show dares to lampoon anything and everything, proving that sometimes the consumers and viewers can make a difference. The shows have started to get even edgier since the show was picked up again, and for the first time, this Volume 4 release ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THIS IS THE SIMPSONS ON SPEED AND CRACK....FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING OF COURSE.

"Freakin' Sweet" Collection!
I think Family Guy is one of the BEST shows on Television. Me and my Husband are #1 Fan and we're glad they actually gave it another chance to put the show back on prime time television. However, I still prefer the DVD Collection cause it's more Hilarious, Uncensored and It has Great Special Features! I think Family Volume 1 thru 4 were brilliantly made. I love how they make Fun on just about anybody or anything. One of my favorite is Glen Quagmire with his "Giggity giggity goo" expression and his funny ways to make you crack up hard. Of course, all characters have their moments that totally makes all your worries disappear! If you're already familiar with FAMILY GUY and have been watching the first 4 seasons, then this is a "Must have" ... I think Family Guy is one of the BEST shows on Television.
