    Good as a "thin client"

    Faster and lighter than my previous laptop. I understand that Chromebooks aren't everyone's cup of tea, but many things can be done in a Web browser these days. (I believe even Office 365, for times when I really need to be writing a Word doc.) The Crostini Linux VM also doesn't run everything, but it's enough for some coding.
