I contacted the seller approximately three weeks ago and requested a return because the item did not meet my expectations. He/she did not respond - that is a dishonest way of conducting business, especially since it states on the website that returns are accepted. Poor customer service, failure to keep your word, and holding on to money that should be returned in exchange for your poorly-performing instrument. That's shameful.

When the buyer asked for a question, we immediately responded and carefully explained the unclear usage method and told” If you don't like this accompaniment, you can return it. “Later, the buyer completed the return and refund according to eBay return procedures, and we also paid the return fee.
