I ordered this part and included my VIN number to the seller. I was kept well informed of everything going on with the order through the shipping date. You need to purchase a separate USB bezel, as the standard one for my vehicle no longer fit. This wasn’t a big issue to me, since the USB is inside the center console and out of sight. I was told that I would need to drill new holes and bend the brackets to fit this new screen, but moving the old brackets from my SYNC 2 system worked perfectly.
