However I sent the scan tool back and have received a full refund, if you read the title and then look at the pics you'll notice they are two different scan tools. I received the one in the pic not the one in the title. The scan tool I received did appear to be new and unused buy I have a Xtool D9 and was looking for something a bit closer to that level at a better price.
