Item as advertised. A lot of packing material around the wood chess storage box.BUT, no packing material inside the box. All 32 chess pieces are stuffed into 1 plastic sandwich bag. Nothing prevents the pieces rubbing about within the plastic bag. And, there is no filler material around the bag of pieces to prevent the bag of chess pieces from being tossed about inside the box. no rattling can be heard because of all the external packing material.

The product was not as described - it was not handmade, and not wood and not quality product and not the colors from the picture and therefore not worth the price.
I contacted for a return / refund. I was told another color would be sent and 20% refund. I said no thanks - then a 50% refund and keep what I bought - when i asked to return it and get a full refund because it was an inferior product - I was told I would have to ship it to India. Not a good product at all. Don’t recommend
