I was told that I would have to make my customers wait 2 months for a replacement for a defective part, I could get 20% off or send the windshield back & wait for FedEx to do a review before I could get a refund. I had to reduce the amount to my customer by $50 to make them happy so they didn't go without a windshield. Reba at Rockytopcarts which I believe is Nivel, has continued to send me the same meaningless email, once 4 times in a row & now is refusing my $33 refund.
