The package did not arrive on time because the package went to the wrong sorting facility. Instead of letting me know about the problem the customer just left negative feedback. As soon as saw it I contacted him and asked why he didn't let me know about the issue sooner and his reply was, "Because memorial weekend but is Wednesday and I don’t receive anything ". I still can't fix a problem if I don't know about it. Contacted UPS and the package arrived shortly after.
