Seller is a good communicator. Pleasant to deal with. But as for the slippers, I have very wide feet and these slippers don't have a lot of give, so are already killing my feet. The top edges of the uppers cut into the top of my feet. The soles are not very cushy, either. But it's the constraint of the width and cutting in of the uppers that are the show stoppers. I won't be returning them, but rather donating them.
