Seller realized that the condition was not as good as described. Asked if I still wanted it with a partial refund or if I'd prefer a full refund? I took the partial refund but was a little worried about the condition that I'd be receiving. It was better than I'd expected. The box was a bit worn but the item is near pristine and I saved about $50.

The seller was very helpful and even sent pictures of the specific N3DSLL I bought before sending it. He pointed out a few minor scratches on it when we were communicating and was nice enough to send me a box and a larger mSD card as compensation. The 3DS was in excellent condition (especially the screen) and is running like a gem. Shipping said 2-3 weeks on eBay but I got it in 5 days from purchase. Would definitely buy from this seller again!
