Product just as described; in boxes, not bags; great communication; hard-to-find at a good price in the off-season; shipping was quick; packaging NOT appropriate for Fragile Product: many sticks were broken per box (six boxes), which will not affect consuming, of course, but rather the fact of having a candy stir stick for a cup of hot cocoa. Regardless, I would definitely buy from this seller again because of my overall very good experience.

Very fast shipping and a nice, smooth transaction. A++++ seller. One note to other buyers, though. If you see the word "variety" in the listing title, that does not mean that you will get one box of each of the three flavors of drink mix. It means that you get to pick from any of the flavors, and the selling price is just for a single box, not a total of three. If you want to buy one box of each, you need to specify that and you will need to pay for three boxes, not the price for "one" box.

Item as described. Shipped late, only after I messaged the seller to find out why. Never got a response to my message. Poor packaging, box had openings that were just partially covered with tape that attached to the interior boxes.
