They gave me a free return shipping label and no hassle refund once they received the item and inspected that it was in the same condition as that they sent it, which was brand new in the box sealed they offered me a good deal on it.     Subs came with box just a little banged up but that was probably from fedEx but opened up and everything looked good. Also was pretty fast shipping. Hooked up today and then things sound amazing. Way better than I actually suspected. Only thing I’d recommend is put the box with the subs into an another box for extra protection when shipping.these delivery services don’t care about your packages and just bang them up. Other than that A+seller and would definitely purchase from them again
