In Exodus: Journey to the Promised Land, relive the life of one of the most important figures in Judeo-Christian theology as told in the second book of the Old Testament. As Moses, you'll face multiple levels of action set with an overhead perspective consisting of pursuant guards and boulders that can flatten you. In order to destroy the guards, some of the boulders and anything else that can get in your way, use your staff to release the power of God. You also have a limited number of explosive devices to vanquish anything within a significant area around you. After you have collected five question marks and a level-specific number of "M" icons, an exit will reveal itself to the next stage.<br><br>As you complete each level, you'll learn more about the story told in Exodus through graphics and trivia questions. Answering these questions correctly will not only test your knowledge, but you will also receive a Bible as a reward for getting one right.

Typically not too picky with my game collection but sunfaded box art does bother me. The problem with my purchase is that I received sun faded box art while the picture was of a regular colourful item that did not match. I reached out to the seller but no resolution option was offered. Which is unfortunate cause I’ve bought from this seller before and it’s been typically a good experience. I think some more care could go into their photos of their products.

    Great for collectors, bad for more casual players.

    This game is one of a few “infamous” games based on the bible made by Wisdom Tree. A few things you may notices is the unusual cartridge shape and color. The cartridge is shaped differently, without a end label, and is colored black. I know some of the other titles had baby blue carts, but I have never seen Exodus in anything other then matte black. The game is great for collectors, however general the game is of poor quality, something consistent with all Wisdom Tree/Color Dreams titles. Regardless, I will try and be fair here. Game play: 5/10 I’m not going to say that the game play is terrible its just….boring. There’s a rather complex instructions menu, but it just boils down to smashing blocks and collecting mana. Graphics: 7/10 Surprisingly enough, the graphics are pretty good. ...

    Exodus: Great tool for learning about Bible as u PLAY

    We had this in our home back when nintendo was popular. And we had given it away. I had loved it so much that my husband bought the nintendo system and this game for me again for my birthday this year. Many years later! I enjoy it so much, I play it just about everyday. I especially love at the end of each level accomplished it actually has question and answer sections, if u answer correctly u win extra Bibles it in turn gives u more playing chances. It also teaches about the book of Exodus from the Bible along with having lots of fun playing the game! Probably my favorite video game of ALL TIME!!

    It's a fun, adventurous game that keeps you entertained for hours. A childhood favorite that I get to relive.

    If you want a fun game try something else.

    Interesting game, had to let it blink three times before the game starts. Not that great of a game but part of the collection now. There's alot of funnier games to get for cheaper than this game.
