This order of 5 cactus seeds arrived in 4 days, but it was in soft packaging. All the seeds were crushed, and only powder was left. The 3 messages to them over 2 weeks were totally ignored, but finally a fourth message promised to send replacement seeds. Two weeks later, no seeds, and they’re again ignoring my
messages.
Yes, it’s small money, but these people clearly have no concept of customer service.
I would AVOID THIS EBAYER, since they clearly package poorly and since they don’t answer
