    Great Light for Reptiles...

    For the short term use. Unfortunately, these lights don't last a real long time, for their UVB volume...but they are perfect for the time frame for when they are working. I have found that when the UVB has become too weak for my reptiles, I then use them for my plants, and they work just fine, so thankfully, there is a secondary use, to make the bulb last longer. So now my indoor veggies and herbs can grow beautifully during the winter months, after my turtles have taken advantage of the benefits of the valuable UVB rays.

    Noticeable differance

    I bought this for my son's bearded dragon. We previously had a non-UVB basking lamp only. There has definitely been an improvement in the bearded dragon. He seems so much more active and happy now.
