When I turned it on, I got a notification that the battery was an unrecognized part. Took it to the Apple store, they told me the cellular was also broken. Without AppleCare+ this would have been a problem and I would have had to go through some kind of return process either with the seller or eBay. But Apple fixed it at no charge.

Unfortunately, it received a small bit of a damage in shipment (no fault of the seller, the package was quite beat up and the phone was packaged well). The seller was quick to respond, offered multiple resolutions, and followed up. Aside from the small bit of damage, the phone was exactly as described and otherwise looked brand new. Great value!

However, I don't think it was packaged correctly, and the shipping information from FedEx was confusing (it stated it was arriving, but it didn't). Maybe the shipper inspected the contents along the way - don't know. Regardless, this is the fourth phone I've purchased from this seller and am still pleased.
