    Ron, the seller, sent the equipment/order out quickly. The equipment condition & packing was all good. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the 2 cables being incorrect and I messaged the seller here. Ron called me about a day later -and we discussed the issue. He realized an assistant had packed one wrong cable. He immediately sent the correct replacement cord. He was very pleasant, professional and accommodating in his communication. Overall a very nice experience.
