Great features. Easy to use out of the box
This GPS has everything a recreational rider needs. I ride B level and don't need to worry about race stats, or anything like that, but this GPS has those features too. I'm still figuring out how to get the most of the GPS, but that's what the off-season is about. Figuring out how to synch the power meter was a puzzle, but my bike store helped with that - spin the pedals when I'm still at home, then turn on GPS. Otherwise, synching around other bikes will confuse the Bluetooth. Easy solve! Very happy with this purchaseThis GPS has everything a recreational rider needs. SO GLAD I GOT THIS GPS!!!
I compared MANY, MANY GPS units before making my decision. The current line of Nuvi's that Garmin offers has received mixed/mediocre reviews, but when I heard about the 300 series from a friend and checked it out, I found that it was the series that everything else is compared to. I'm so glad I dug into the discontinued line to find the 370! The unit takes about 20 seconds to load the maps once turned on, but it picks up the satellite signal almost INSTANTANEOUSLY. I was concerned that the flip-up antenna would get in the way, but it doesn't at all, even when windshield-mounted (the slant of the windshield provides enough room for it). The display is wonderful, the directions are quick/timely, it recalculates routes automatically and extremely quickly, and it's so easy to use and to ... The headphone jack is especially nice for those of us who end up driving with others sleeping in the car and don't want to wake them up with GPS voice prompts, but who still need their GPS. An EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT BUY!!!

Garmin Nuvi 370 GPS - travel assistant
This is an excellent GPS. Loaded with lots of features including pic viewer, MP3 player, NA & Europe maps, currency converter and lots more. Also comes with car charger, home charger and power adapters for Europe. We purchased this model because we are planning a trip to Europe later this year and it has all the European maps built in as well as North America. I found it very easy to use right out of the box, and excellent satellite reception. I wish it had a little longer battery life for portable operation.This is an excellent GPS. Loaded with lots of features including pic viewer, MP3 player, NA & Europe maps, currency converter and lots more. Also comes with car charger, home charger and power adapters for Europe. We purchased this model because we are planning a trip to Europe later this year and it has all the European maps built in as well as North America. I found it very easy to use right out of the box, and excellent satellite reception. I wish it had a little longer battery life for portable operation.

It's really amazing how much can be packed into a small package like the Garmin Nuvi 370. Its a North America, Europe and Asia GPS. The really amazing part is that it is bluetooth, mp3 player, traffic assist, picture viewer, book reader (I'm not sure this would be useful) translator into many different languages and currence converter. In addition it does many other things as well. What is really nice is that the antenna is built in and folds away when not in use. In my limited experience, the GPS finds your position almost instantly and it starts. Some people might find fault with its small hand held size, but the real advantage to this is that it will slip into a shirt or pants pocket. Amazing GPS
I owned this GPS Receiver for over 4 years and I had to buy a new one since this one got stolen. I wish I never had to do that because this unit is the best by far compared to any other unit. First of all the battery last at least twice as long as any other unit in real life conditions it lasted between 7 and 8 hours. I also consider Garmin to be the best navigation systems out there. I went on a trip for 45 days all throughout Europe and it didn't have one problem with this unit I was so pleasantly surprised. Another thing people don't realize is that you don't need a bracket with this unit the little flap antenna in the back slides perfectly into most air conditioner vents it ends up making it a very easy and clean looking unit.
