The item was meticulously packed to accommodate its fragility, shipped and received quite quickly. Upon examining the piece, I noticed there was a leaf broken off the figure on the lower left side. Very hard to see. I took photos and messaged the seller immediately. She promptly called me and explained it went unnoticed by both her and her husband. I perfectly understood due to the location of the missing piece. She was more than apologetic and worked with me to come to an amicable agreement.
