They eventually created a label so it was updated to “shipped” but upon checking the tracking USPS never received the package. Seller then filed a false “missing parcel” claim even though it was never dropped off to USPS. No response to further messages. Had to get a refund through eBay thankfully. Dishonest and unreliable—avoid this seller.
