If you see the word "variety" in the listing title, that does not mean that you will get one box of each of the three flavors of drink mix. It means that you get to pick from any of the flavors, and the selling price is just for a single box, not a total of three. If you want to buy one box of each, you need to specify that and you will need to pay for three boxes, not the price for "one" box.

I received the wrong item, and the seller tried to arrange an exchange for the correct product. Unfortunately, we ran into difficulty because I live in Australia and an exchange was not possible. The seller referred me to eBay customer service, and I was immediately sent a refund for the full price. I really appreciate all the seller and customer service did to resolve this issue in a timely manner and the patience they showed. I would gladly order from them again.

There was some confusion as to whether I could receive an exchange for the correct product (I live in Australia, so that complicated things). The seller was very helpful and diligent in keeping me informed. We finally decided that a refund would be the best way to resolve this issue. I contacted eBay Customer Service as the Seller suggested and my refund was issued very quickly (practically immediately). I want to thank both the seller and Customer Service for all their help and patience.
