Item was well packaged and shipping was timely. Unfortunately it is the nature of handmade objects that there will inevitably be variations from one to the next. I was unlucky enough to receive one with a large imperfection right in front, a slightly less refined carving than the picture, and a differently cut stone on front. It is still beautiful and will still be worn and appreciated, but overall not quite as nice as the listing photos.
